Your Austrian Grand Prix Weekend
Friday 9 July – Check In
Make your own way to Vienna and your hotel. Check in and settle into your
three-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
In the evening, join fellow F1 enthusiasts for informal drinks and the opportunity to meet like-minded fans ahead of the weekend’s racing.
Saturday 10 July – Qualifying Day
After breakfast, your escorted coach will take you to the Red Bull Ring early
in the morning, allowing you to experience the full day of track action.
The provisional Formula 1 schedule includes Practice 3 at 12.00pm and Qualifying at 3.00pm, along with supporting races and on-track action, including the Porsche Supercup Series.
At the end of the day’s events, your escorted coach will return you to your hotel in Vienna. The transfer time is approximately 2–3 hours, depending on traffic.
Sunday 11 July – Race Day
After breakfast, your escorted coach will take you to the Red Bull Ring early
in the morning. Settle in for a full day of Formula 1 and supporting race action
in the spectacular Styrian Alps.
The provisional Formula 1 Race Day schedule includes the Formula 1 Driver Track Parade, followed by the Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix at 3.10pm.
Alongside the F1 action, expect a range of supporting races and on-track entertainment, including the Porsche Supercup Series.
At the end of the day’s events, your escorted coach will return you to Vienna. The transfer time is approximately 2–3 hours, traffic dependent.
The journey is a little longer than some circuits, but the spectacular setting of the Red Bull Ring makes it well worth the trip.
Monday 12 July – Check Out
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out and making your own onward
travel arrangements.

To confirm your package a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due on or before 08th April 2027.
